I just wanted to drop you line to thank you for your help with our recent relocation. Our stay with you was more than comfortable. We have stayed in temporary housing on two previous occasions and our experience with your company was far superior.
There are a couple of things that set your company apart. First, was the quality of your property. The hardwood floors, fireplace and new appliances certainly made it feel more like home.
Second, the fenced in yard made it easy to let the dogs out and gave the kids a secure place to play.
Third was the furniture and décor. It is obvious that you spent time and money to furnish the townhouse with tasteful amenities.
And finally, the personal aspect made a huge difference for us. Knowing that I could get you on the phone if I needed something was very comforting. The fact that I didn’t have to call an 800 number to get service was convenient and time saving.

We were thrilled with our Dabney Properties corporate housing experience. Our well-furnished and comfortable apartment made it easy to forget that we were in a temporary situation. We were in a beautiful historic fanhouse on a premier residential street—so different than the other sterile, cookie-cutter corporate apartments we considered.
